CHICKEN CURRY SAUCE


This is a simple sauce filled with essential minerals and properties.


INGREDIENTS
Chicken           ( cooked and fried )
Onions.             ( sliced  )
Fresh ginger   ( grated   )
Garlic.              ( minced / chopped)
Fresh pepper  ( Chopped   )
Flour.                                      
Coconut milk                 
Salt.                     ( to taste  )
Seasoning cubes 
Vegetable oil
Curry powder 

METHOD
Heat the vegetable oil for a few minutes and          fry the chicken until brown.
Fry the onions, fresh pepper ,garlic and                 ginger in the same oil the chicken was fried.
Make the flour into paste , pour in to the pot           and cook for 2 minutes .Stir as it is cooking          so  that it does not have lumps.
Pour in the coconut milk. Leave to cook for            3 minutes .
Add the chicken and the seasoning cubes                 and salt to taste if needed. Cook for                          10minutes.


Sauce is ready and can be served with boiled rice , bread or fried yam.
Serving : 2

Note: Garnish with the dessicated coconut.
